Return
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item
to request a return.
Once the return product is received it will be inspected and the return will be approved
within 2 days
To be eligible, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received

In original packaging, with tags

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Replacement timeframe
If Replacement is accepted, replaced product will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and once the refund request is approved. The refunded amount will be processed and credited within 09 to 15 business days to the original mode of payment. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@axra.in or 8075594658
To start a return, reach out to us at support@axra.in. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the return address and a prepaid shipping label. Please do not send items back without contacting us first—unauthorized returns won’t be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact us before 3 days so we can fix it.
Incase of damage on arrival, Video Proof of unboxing is required to be provided.
